Abstract
In this paper we present a new tunable operational transconductor amplifier (OTA) based on simple Double-Gate MOSFETs (DGMOSFET) inverter. It operates with low-voltage supply (plusmn0.5 V), and suitable for VHF/UHF continuous-time filters. The tunability of the OTA is easily achieved by means of control voltages of DGMOSFET´s bottom gates. It has no internal nodes, and allows rail to rail input voltage swing. A biquad filter with low pass and band pass outputs based on the proposed OTA has been implemented and Simulated using SPICE3 and 100-nm DGMOSFETs.
