Making the ecosystem property quantified and being a virtual ecosystem shareholder in an enterprise is a daily protection mode compared to the other traditional protection modes. This paper has the ecosystem value initialized, and calculates the annual ecosystem shareholder equity based on every enterprisepsilas pollution quantity. Whatpsilas more, these enterprises are required to expose regularly the status of ecosystem shareholder equity changing and their auditing reports. According to those materials, the department of environment protection makes measures to supervise those enterprises.
