Abstract :
With Chinapsilas increase in the number of wetlands nature reserves, their areas and level, 47% of the wetland has been protected and managed. However, due to the problems and conflicts on managing wetlands reserves laws, systems and mechanisms, the shrinking of their areas and functions havenpsilat been controlled fundamentally. This paper is based on a systematic analysis on wetlands preservation and management issues and raise likely countermeasures in terms of law, pertained systems and management mechanisms so as to promote Chinapsilas wetland preservation and management.
