Abstract :
Since the reform and opening in 1980s, China has been going through a rapid develop era in national economy, however, the issue of income disparity has also been increased dramatically to become a notable issue disturbing the harmony of society and stability of economic growth. Here we compared data on income disparity from China and western countries and indicated commonness that led to the increasing of income gap throughout the world, namely supply-and-demand for manpower capital, international trade and progress in technology. We analyzed various factors that influence income difference in China as well as other countries and thereafter suggested that the Chinese-specific complications on income difference mainly exist in natural factors and illogicality in distribution system. Based on these studies of different embodiments between China and other countries, we proposed solutions to decrease the income gap in China.
