Abstract :
The CCD hardware circuit base on AD9923 of Analog Devices Company is presented. By comparing the internal main circuit module of AD9923A and AD9949, the advantages of using AD9923A is analyzed. Compare with the AD9949 scheme, it can be seen that using AD9923A to design the CCD driving circuit has simple hardware structure, low cost and high reliability. Through designing circuit, contrast test shows that using AD9923A has higher signal to noise ratio (SNR) than using AD9949.
