Abstract
This paper presents network integration which integrates not only a wide range of services but also full range of networks including service networks, intelligent network, “network management” networks, service management networks and other relevant networks. The Internet may also be integrated functionally. TINA is regarded as the “network integrator”. Based on TINA-RT-DPE (TINA-RealTime Time-DPE) and connection oriented principle, it is possible to ensure end-to-end QoS guarantees
