Abstract :
An intelligent control system for polyurethane sandwich panel production lines is proposed and realized. The error of clashing and cutting control for constant length is less than 1 mm (maximum length of sandwich panel is 12.5 m) as production process requirement with using induction motor. This paper described some effective measures that suppress electrical disturbance, absorb mechanical disturbance with strong damping, and take predictive control based on fore-feed application for brake distance of AC induction motor.
