Automatic computation of Z and inverse Z transformations by MAPLE

Programs are presented for automatic generation of z-transformations and inverse z-transformations, by using the algebraic manipulation software MAPLE. They are easy to use. The users only need to type into the computer the time-domain expression of a function, and the program will yield a z-domain expression of that specified function. Similarly, another program will yield a time-domain expression from a z-domain expression of a function. Examples are given
