Abstract :
In order to meet the requirements of online measurement for large size forgings, this article presents a new online measurement theoretical model to splice and reconstruct three-dimensional data of large forgings using multi-vision. The authors designed a laboratory system using multiple CCD cameras to first expand the view fields, then splice these images and fits the cross-sectional profile curve of the forging and finally reconstruct the three-dimensional model of the forging with laser ranging course. Experiments show that the system has higher validity and precision.
