  • Abstract
An outline is given of a scheme to analyze scattering and radiation from metallic surfaces conformed to a circular cylinder using the conjugate-gradient-fast Fourier transform (CG-FFT) method. The scheme is computationally efficient and provides accurate numerical predictions. The computer time t=KNlog N and the storage requirement is reduced to several N-dimensional matrices, N being the number of basis samples required to represent the induced current.<>
