Abstract :
The Data Warehouse of meteorological, hydrological and water quality parameters are described. It allows getting knowledge about short-term, seasonal and long-term patterns in environmental and gastrointestinal infections and non-specific acute gastroenteritis health data to determine correlation between morbidity and environmental parameters.
