  • Abstract
    Transmit signals for low-speed PLC may be seriously obstructed by impulsive noise, resulting in a significant degradation of system performance and reliability. In this paper we provide a possible solution to this problem by using wavelet packets for integrated signal modulation and analysis. Moreover we show that analytic wavelet packets which are known for superior signal analysis properties are also suitable for modulation.
