Abstract :
In this paper, according to the characteristic of blood flow in microvasculature, a method is employed to track cell movement using histogram enhancement, threshold segmentation and updated template match in image sequences. In order to calculate blood flow, the updated template matching method is applied to image sequences. The experimental result indicates that this method can accurately track movement of inner cell mass and estimate the motion of blood flow as well.
