Abstract :
In order to give service to zoning management for watersheds, this thesis is to set up control unit classification technology with the basic elements of administrative areas, water body and control cross-section and describe the technical features and basic principles of this technology, interpret the key technical issues such as control cross-section selection, determination of drainage destinations in counties (districts), nomenclature of control unit, control unit coding, etc; set up the technology of goal-setting of total pollutant emission control by taking use of control unit classification technology, introduce the technical features and basic principles of this technology and systematically explore the key technologies and methods such as pollution source forecasting , water environment capacity calculation, determination of goal of total pollutant emission control, etc.
