Abstract :
In this paper, a new type of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor matching demodulation system based on piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) is designed. Through the micro displacement of phase-sensitive detector (PSD)´s displacement feedback signal counterproductive in PZT, a closed-loop control system can be formed, with the function of driving, detecting and compensating. This system effectively solves some influences on the control precision of micro-displacement produced by the hysteresis nonlinearity and creep properties of PZT, and improves the demodulating accuracy of the demodulating system greatly.
