Abstract
This paper uses STC12C5A60S2 and SIM300 module to design the controller of wind-solar hybrid power that contains the function of wireless communication. Controller monitors the data of wind-solar hybrid power system, and sends the data to surveillance center. This study focuses on measuring, collecting and transmitting the various electrical parameters of the controller, devoting to enhance the reliability and stability of the controller. This paper introduces the design principle and design scheme of the hardware and software.
