Abstract :
In this paper, the author propose a fuzzy PID controller for temperature superheated steam of boiler based on the fuzzy control methodology. The characteristic of superheated steam temperature system is first discussed, and model is selected by this characteristic. On this basis, the author designs the corresponding fuzzy PID controller and specific introduces the control characteristics and the entire design process of fuzzy PID controller. The control process is simulated through the SIMULINK language of MATLAB software. It shows that the system can demonstrate good control ability and dynamic effects even in large delay and stochastic disturbance circumstances. Comparing with PID controller, Fuzzy PID controller has all advantages in stability, accuracy, quickness and robustness.
