Abstract :
The author discusses computer-aided design (CAD) techniques for a class of refrigerator systems based on the reduced model of temperature changes in the compartments. Using the mathematical model already established for the real data, a reduced model is constructed by reserving parameters reflecting specifications. Unknown parameters in the reduced model are estimated so as to minimize the steady-state error between the conventional model and the reduced one. Contributions of the reduced model proposed to the CAD of refrigerator systems are shown
