Abstract :
The problem about electromagnetic waves radiation by the system of two crossed vibrators into the flat-layered medium, the layers of which model manpsilas biological tissues, has been considered in the proposed paper. The features of the electromagnetic radiation transmission in the vibrators system near zone via the interface between the layers have been found out. Influence of difference of vibrators excitation phases on polarization of tangential components of the electrical field in layers has been considered.
