Abstract :
A partially dielectric loaded waveguide is presented to measure the complex permittivity of dielectric material. The electromagnetic (EM) field distribution inside the waveguide is obtained theoretically and the anisotropic complex permittivity of partially loaded dielectric material can be measured up to 40 GHz
