Abstract :
In article results of working out of universal system of monitoring and managing are presented. The primary tasks solved by the multiservice system are listed. There are described the general principles of separate components construction intended for the decision of problems in the most important and interesting areas: medicine, objects guard, fire-control guard, agriculture, intellectual buildings. The short description of practically realized module of the video observation including the camera, the controller and the software is given.
