Abstract :
The eigenwaves diffraction problem in a rectangular waveguide by strips is considered. The set of strips are placed in the same plane along the weveguide. Waveguide is filled by non-ideal dielectric. The operator approach in combination with the singular integral equations and spectral-domain approach is used. The system of integral equations for a single cell is reduced to the system of singular integral equations with additional conditions and is solved by the method of discrete singularities. The structurepsilas properties in the whole with finite number of discontinuities are obtained by the operator approach by use the reflection and transmission operators of single cell. Dependencies of reflection coefficient as a function of frequency and distance between strips are represented. They allow to determine passbands and stopbands. The properties of such structures allow to design frequency selection devices with high level of parameters.
