Abstract :
Thus, multispectral measuring complex working in cm, mm and infrared wave-length ranges has been created. Results of experimental estimation allow to make a conclusion about possibility of locating and further identification of square as well as small-size low-contrast ground objects on the background of Earth by passive radiometric detectors of millimeter and infra-red range of wave-lengths under uncertainty conditions, and also by active detectors of centimeter and millimeter wave-range.
