Abstract :
Transient processes of a current in a voltage-source inverter with active-inductive load are analyzed. The discrete-time model of the inverter is proved. The model is based on an ideal sampling element that allows using the z-transform theory for analysis and synthesis of control systems. Questions of inverter model applications are considered by the example of synthesis of discrete mathematical model for induction motor. Good adequacy of obtained discrete-time and typical continuous model of an induction motor is shown on the basis of computer simulation.
