12 voyages investigations were carried out in Dapeng Cove cultivation sea area from 2001 to 2008. Base on the data, the synthesis graduation were carried on through using the ecological environment synthesis graduation assessment method in shallow-water farming area and the early warning target and condition. Results showed that the ecological environment quality was medium, occasionally good (in January, 2008) condition in the investigation period. The main early warning factor transformed gradually from the sediment sulfide to the organic matter, demonstrating that the environment of deposition had the improvement tendency. The sulfide was positive proportion with water temperature and negative with dissolved oxygen respectively. The El Nino climate caused some certain influence on the contents of dissolved oxygen (DO). The red tide possibility was big in winter and spring. As a whole, the aquaculture especially cage fish culture created very big pressure on the environment of the partial sea area, especially on sedimentary environment. Eutrophication and red tide created by marine culture should be noticed in the sea area with bad water exchange.
