Abstract :
This letter investigates the optimum feedline location for circular slot antenna fed with offset microstrip feedline in order to achieve maximum bandwidth. The gap between the tuning stub and the ground plane has been analyzed to obtain the optimum feedline location. Results show that the maximum bandwidth could be obtained when the distance is between 0.028λ to 0.087λ.
