Abstract :
The new current measuring principle HOKA is presented. Probes based on this principle can measure DC currents of several hundred amps, as well as di/dts of several kA/μs. A measurement setup to generate these di/dts as well as a current probe based on the HOKA principle were built. With the setup the current probe was tested and compared with other state of the art current probes
