  • Abstract
To ensure infotainment and telematics services, much attention is placed on MOST. The existing researches suggested MOST25/150 Bridge but did not consider the problems arising from the differences in bandwidth when the data are transmitted from MOST 150 to MOST 25. To address these problems, a scheduling algorithm should be applied. Therefore, this paper proposes the MOST GATEWAY, which can form a network by organically connecting the MOST25 and MOST150 networks. To minimize the delay and data losses caused by the differences in bandwidth between MOST 150 and MOST 25, the existing FIFO, FQ, WRR, and CBQ algorithms were applied to MOST GATEWAY, and the performances were analyzed. The results of the analysis showed that the CBQ algorithm was the most outstanding in terms of the data-processing load. It aims to consequently propose scheduling algorithm improvement measures suitable to cars.
