After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

In Suining, there are lots of reserves of oil, natural gas and well salt, especially the most abundant resources are those of natural gas and brine, having broad prospects for mining. There exist flowing yellow brine and rock-salty deposits. Brine geological reserve volume has reached 4.24 billion tons, for the exploitation of 848 million tons, and salt content is more than 70 million tons. The amount of brine resources in Suining is large and decreased from northwest to southeast.
