Abstract :
An in-vivo and in-vitro quantitative selecting system for anti-thrombotic traditional Chinese medicine is developed. Using computer image processing and quantitative analysis technology, anti-thrombotic effects of traditional Chinese medicine can be measured via photochemical thrombus model in-vivo and endothelial cell-platelet thrombosis by the cone-plate model in-vitro. The application of this system renders assessment of the anti-thrombotic effect of traditional Chinese medicine quicker and direct-viewing
