Abstract
The multi-functional set-up for measuring the near-field distributions in the inductive (0<R<lambda/2pi) and radiating (R<2D2/lambda) regions in the frequency range 6 GHz-150 GHz is presented. Dynamic range of the measured SHF signals and the evaluation precision of their relative radiation power are 60 dB and 0.1 dB, respectively. The accuracy of the phase measurements does not exceed plusmn20. The point-to-point accuracy of the positioner is plusmn0.005 mm. Performance capabilities of the available facilities are demonstrated by the results of manifold experiments.
