  • Abstract
    This keynote lecture overviews the modeling techniques for computer simulation of ground electrodes behavior, and discusses the design of tower footing and substation grounding systems. Their performance as regards safety as well outage rate is discussed. A comprehensive bibliographical survey is provided.
