Humic acid (HA) photodegradation and impact factor by Ag deposited TiO2/UV system which prepared by using photodeoxidation method were investigated in this paper. The SEM and EDS results determined the Ag deposition on TiO2 surface. A suitable Ag loading and roasting temperature could improve photocatalytic activity of TiO2 and the optimum conditions were 0.8wt% and 400°C respectively. The removal of HA increased as adding TiO2 dosage and decreased with rise of its initial concentration. Pseudo first-order kinetics with regard to HA concentration can be used to describe the photodegradation.
