Comparison between linear method and non-linear method analysis was conducted in the fluoride adsorption on natural rectorite. Langmuir, Freundlich, and Redlich-Peterson isotherm were applied to analyze results at 298K by nonlinear method. Values of R2 were 0.992, 0.949 and 0.949 respectively. Analysis showed that at these low concentration experiments, parameters of Langmuir linear and nonlinear form were very close to each other, of which the values of R2 were higher than 0.99. But the values of R2 of the linear form of Freundlich and Redlich-Peterson isotherm were lower, presenting bad linear dependence. Hence, the linear form of Langmuir isotherm was suggested at a low solute concentrations.
