Abstract :
This article proposes a model of closed-loop supply chain network of mobile phone. Closed-loop supply chain network of mobile phone includes raw material suppliers, manufacturers, distribution centers, collection centers and customer zones. The purpose of optimization design is to minimize the overall cost of CLSC network. The overall cost is composed of transportation cost, fixed cost, variable cost, and penalty cost. This model is a mixed integer linear programming model and a non-deterministic polynomial problem. In general, it is a difficult problem to solve. Cplex12.6 is used to deal with this problem. The results show that this problem can be solved by Cplex12.6 well.
