Abstract :
This paper clarifies generation mechanism of the showering noise waveforms that occurs on a circuit including an inductive load when the contact is opening. It is concluded that the supplied voltage is one of the factors dominating the showering noise waveforms, and that the showering noise waveforms are a combination of the damped oscillation in the non-discharge and the discharge triggered by damped oscillation and are classified into five types
