Abstract
Notice of Retraction

We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
With the consideration algae´s biological function and excellent removals of nitrogen and phosphorus, Oscillatoria amoena was attached to the PE bundles in algae biofilm reactor to remove nitrogen and phosphorus the municipal wastewater. Flask experiment showed that the removals of nitrogen and phosphorus were reached to 92.1%, 100% respectively at ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus 10:1. The continuous running of the algae biofilm reactor using PE fiber bundles proved that the reactor was feasible and of cost-effective alternative to other secondary municipal wastewater treatment process.
