  • Abstract
    The findings of an investigation into photodielectric and photovoltaic phenomena in Pb3O4 layers are presented. The influence of a structural phase transition on the photoelectric behaviour of samples is discussed. Physical models are proposed to explain the experimental results. The Cole-Cole plot is applied to the study of alternating current impedance measurement
