Abstract :
Aiming at filling the research blank, this paper investigates and proposes three dimensions to analyze logistics enterprise´s quality competitiveness, which are business functions quality, quality support factors and Kano quality. Based on the three dimensions, the paper proposes the ´multidimensional diagnosis model of the logistics enterprise´s quality competitiveness´ which combines quality competitiveness evaluation and improvement decision making together. The model can be seen as a collective tool for logistics enterprises to enhance quality competence.
