Abstract
Global e-commerce has become increasingly active, innovative business model, third-party e-commerce services is entering a rapid growth opportunity. Electronic contract becomes the most important trends of electronic transactions, purchasing, supply and marketing platform in Internet. However, most businesses continue to check compliance using paper contracts because it´s difficult to interpret complex business vocabulary and legal jargon. Thus, more research is needed to develop a creditable e-contract framework and supply contractual services which comply with relevant laws. In this paper, after discussing legal issues of e-contract and administration department supervision, an electronic contract services platform is proposed based on the trans-domain convergence trust model. The e-contract services platform is supported by the third-party CA center and the third-party authority of time source provider, which can provides the safe, reliable e-contract services for various e-commerce businesses.
