Abstract :
At present, TFT — LCD industry demand and expand the development budget, the contractor in collaboration with experts in software technology leadership and raise the alarm management system (AMS) product quality. In this study, the cause-effect grey relational analysis (CEGRA) model of expert evaluation of the development of the concept of measurement, software quality management system of alarm in order to reduce system failures, and product experts through collaborative technology, software contractors and end-user requirements.
