Abstract :
The notion of document accuracy and its relationship to usability are reconsidered. Attention is given to accuracy and the review process and to the problems with expert reviews. Ways to ensure that a document is accurate and complete are discussed, with emphasis on the need to rethink the concepts of both accuracy and usability testing
