Abstract :
This paper presents a highly integrated micropower measurement system used in a precision letter scale. The main part is a mixed signal ASIC implemented in a 1.2 μm low power CMOS technology. The system is supplied by a 20 cm2 silicon solar cell. A 5-digit LCD is used as an output unit
