Abstract :
Image reconstruction of hologram is a crucial element in the development of digital holographic microscope. This research proposed an automated selection of the center of dominant spectrum for spectrum cropping. This algorithm will help user to produce reconstructed real image of the hologram. The program is written using C++ language to provide fast computing program.
