Notice of Retraction

The newly published mathematical model of emulsion liquid membrane (ELM) for type II facilitation was verified with phenol removal experiment, a type I facilitation. The experimental parameters were put into the analytical solution of the mathematical model of ELM. The theoretical prediction of phenol concentration in aqueous phase were compared with the actual phenol removal experimental data. The deviation of the model and experimental data were calculated.
