Abstract :
IT resource (both hardware and software) that currently support teaching and learning, implemented within the Higher Education Institution (HEI) could not support all the needs of all collaborative service deliveries. This research aims to explore the potentials of the use of freeware in an aspect of collaborative service delivery. An experimental implementation and use of a web conferencing freeware for the delivery of a collaborative teaching session resulted in encouraging findings. The experience demonstrated that the values of services delivery and customer experiences can be enhanced further with minimal costs.
