            Abstract : 
This paper studies the problems in the design of CADS (computer-aided diagnosis system) in the past days and analyzes the defects of CADS in clinical application. A review has been made on the artificial intelligence technology applied in the design of CADS, and a new design for the system proposed. The new system is made up of five modules: information input, data searching, secondary searching, dynamic feedback and result output, therefore it can fulfill the practical application of computer information technology in medical diagnosis. Finally, the prospect of CADS has been discussed.
