After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Air pollution has become one of the most important factors which threat to human health, with the accelerating process of global industrialization. Combining environmental science with economics, this paper deeply analyzes the elements of air pollution costs from the perspective of human health and discusses their accounting methods one by one, and finally builds a more complete measurement model of air pollution costs . With this research, the author´s endeavor is to provide evidence to the government for green GDP accounting. In addition, the public, businesses, medical institutions are also expected to get the information in order to draw public attention to environmental protection and encourage enterprises to implement cleaner production mechanisms as soon as possible.
