Abstract
A generic methodology for adaptive multi-level statistical macromodeling of analog integrated circuits is presented. Three statistical models of an increasing level of complexity are used to model statistical performances of basic building blocks such as Op Amps, and adaptive selection of these models is introduced. Examples of statistical macromodeling are given, showing good accuracy of the proposed approach
