Main characters of virtual enterprise feasibility were analyzed in the paper at first. Several new modern approaches of virtual enterprise implement, such as critical function structure (CFS), application service provider (ASP) and agile supply chain (ASC), were reviewed respectively. Based above-mentioned methods, critical aspects of virtual enterprise implementation were discussed with a specific application case
